Login / License Problems

Here are some more commonly occurring login or license problems you might face under certain conditions and also how to deal with them. Only open up a ticket if you really READ carefully and it still didn't work.

User not found #3 at login screen

Windows: Go to your %AppData% folder. ( Windows Key + R, type in %AppData% )

MacOS: Go to your Application Support folder. ( Right click Finder. "Go to Folder". Type in ~/Library/Application Support )

Find the "solyd" folder. Find the "config" JSON file & open it up. Search for "licenseToken".

Example:

"licenseToken": "asjdhudjbknlm9832708dhasnad"

Delete the content of licenseToken. It should look like this:

"licenseToken": ""
