Shipping/Billing Address

Select your shipping and billing profile

Select your creditcard (some stores need one for the birthday)

Check that box, when shipping and billing are the same profile (not necessary but it saves time)

Store Location. NL Profile -> Store Location: NL

Select your proxy list. If you don't want to run with proxies, leave it at "localhost".
